I'm Magda --- 

People leader, adventure seeker, city dweller and can't forget endless snack dispenser to my 8 year old son. 

Professionally, I'm Head of People at an early-stage, venture backed AI startup in NYC.  After years of experience in various roles with larger pre-IPO companies, it's been an adventure to return to this building phase, applying large company wisdom and embracing learnings with a new perspective.

I also offer my expertise as an advisor to founders and early-stage companies on people centric strategies. While these companies may not be ready to hire a dedicated Head of People it's never to early to consider the impact of a people strategy and incorporate certain practices from the start.
